Yes, I know I’m being spammed

Other than keep deleting the posts, anyone know what to do about it?

ETA: Thanks everyone. I changed the theme and passwords, hopefully that’ll take care of it.

Looking back, I think I know what happened—there was a pop-up Tumblr login box on one of the sites that I visited recently (obviously a tumblr that was also infected), and stupidly I logged in, thinking it was legit. If you see that box here or elsewhere, do not login! And if you have, sorry…change your passwords too.
